Flat Paste is not a complicated script at all.
In case you don't trust Pastebin or GitHub Gist, or you just hate when these services go offline and you can't access your texts, Flat Paste can provide a local, self-hosted alternative to use instead.
To install, just unzip the package and move it to a Web server folder. that's it. That simple.
Access the folder where you hosted Flat Paste via the browser and you'll be greeted by a form where you can add your code/text, along with its name and the (programming) language it was written in.
When submitting the text/code, you'll be immediately redirected to the page where it is hosted, so write down the page URL, to share with your friends or access at later dates.
If you selected the appropriate programming language, syntax highlighting is included with your code.
